We are thrilled to be the HUB for Mountain View County area under the Family Resource Network model! 

The Mountain View Family Resource Network (MVFRN) Hub

The Family Resource Networks (FRN) Program is a community-based network of services in Alberta, funded and overseen by Children and Family Services.  It is designed to strengthen families, promote child development and prevent child maltreatment by providing accessible, coordinated and culturally safe supports for children, youth and caregivers.

 

A spoke provides the prevention and early intervention services to children, youth and families within the FRN.  There are five spoke types that represent a specific area of support

  • Infant and Child Development

  • Youth Development and Resiliency

  • Building Resilient Caregivers

  • Home Visitation

  • Strengthening Connections to Culture
