PROGRAMS & SERVICES
Mountain View Family Resource Network provides an array of services, programs, and supports for parents of children (and children themselves!) ages 0-18. Supports and services include specific programs for Early Years, Middle Years, and Youth. A formal partnership has been created with Accredited Supports to the Community to provide Home Visitation Services and In-Home Triple P Parenting. Programming and services will support child and youth development and well-being, parent and caregiver capacity building and social connections for families, children, and youth. All programs and services are provided at no cost.
Services offered through the Mountain View Family Resource Network:

MVFRN HUB coordinates information and referrals; supporting families to navigate services and help identify and access the services and resources available in each of our participating communities (Olds, Didsbury, Carstairs, Cremona, and Sundre).

Early Years Services provide individualized Family Support, parent education, social connection, developmental screening, pre- and post-natal supports, and family events.

Middle Years Services provide Family Supports, parent education, and social connection as well as family events.

Youth Services provide youth and Family Support, parent education, social connection, and family events.

Family Coaching provides confidential sessions to support and promote healthy family function.

Healthy Families Home Visitation is an in-home service that helps families
by building trusting relationships’ teaching problem-solving skills, encouraging positive parent-child
relationships, and supporting healthy child growth and development. This service
is for families who have children under the age of 6.

Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) is available to families with children
0 – 17 years. Triple P is an internationally recognized, evidence-based
program that gives parents the skills they need to build strong relationships,
manage misbehavior, and prevent problems from happening.
Triple P support is individualized to each family and is offered in the
community or as an in-home service.

Developmental Screening is one of the many services offered through
the Mountain View Family Resource Network. This is a great opportunity
for parents to monitor and support the crucial development of their
children. This service is for children 0-5 years.
Family Resource Specialist "one on one" to provide support, information,
and help to address parenting challenges and trying life transitions.
