ASCEND Family and Parenting Support

Ascend Family and Parenting Support
Ascend is a voluntary program that provides comprehensive support to families in their homes and communities with virtual and hybrid options. A Family Support Practitioner provides support to families of children, youth, and/or teens, experiencing adversity or parenting challenges, by tailoring services to meet their unique individual family’s needs.  The Family Support Practitioner works collaboratively with community partners (including FRN, other services, mental health, schools, etc.) fostering ongoing connections with community resources.  Family Support Practitioners are accredited in multiple Triple P – Positive Parenting Programs, providing parents the option of accessing a research-based parenting program to reach their parenting goals.
